Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for theme purchases. App subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months.

Restrictions

You may not:

We provide 6 months of free support and updates for themes, and ongoing support for active app subscriptions. Support includes:

• Bug fixes and compatibility updates
• Technical assistance via email
• Documentation and tutorials

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by ShopifyThemes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

Our service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
