Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how to cancel a HappifyApps purchase or subscription, when a refund may be reviewed, and what information to send us. Offer-specific terms shown before purchase or in an accepted proposal take priority where they differ from this general policy. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
2. Shopify app subscriptions
Cancel an app subscription through Shopify or by uninstalling the app, as indicated in the applicable listing and Shopify billing screen. Cancellation stops future renewal; access and final charges follow the billing period and rules shown by Shopify. Refund or billing-adjustment requests are reviewed under the app listing, Shopify billing rules, applicable law, and the facts of the request. Partial-period refunds are not automatic.
3. Themes and store kits
Unless different terms were clearly shown before purchase, a first-time theme or store-kit purchase may be submitted for refund review within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include the order reference, store URL, reason, and evidence of any defect. We may ask for a reasonable opportunity to reproduce and correct a verified defect. Custom work, completed installation, licence misuse, and non-recoverable third-party costs are not refundable unless the written order says otherwise or applicable law requires it.
4. Professional services
The accepted proposal or statement of work governs scope, milestones, deposits, cancellation charges, acceptance, and any refund. If it does not include a cancellation term, contact us before cancelling. Work already performed and authorised non-recoverable third-party costs remain payable; any unused prepaid balance is reviewed against the work completed and commitments made.
5. Delivery problems and duplicate charges
Digital delivery timing is shown on the relevant product page, order confirmation, or written proposal. If a delivery is missing, a charge is duplicated, or the purchased item cannot be accessed, contact us promptly so we can investigate and restore access or correct the charge where appropriate.
6. How to submit a request
Email admin@happifyapps.com from the purchaser address with the order or invoice reference, product, store URL where relevant, request date, reason, and requested outcome. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or Shopify access tokens. If the request is not resolved, use our grievance process.
