Happify Local Delivery Sheet turns open local delivery orders into printable sheets, packing totals and driver runs. This guide covers setup, each screen, plans and what the app changes in Shopify.
Version 0.1.0 · Updated 2026-09-24
Happify Local Delivery Sheet is installed from Shopify and billed by Shopify. When you install it, Shopify asks you to approve these permissions. Each one is used only for the reason shown.
| Permission | Why the app needs it |
|---|---|
| read_orders | Import open orders, their delivery attributes and shipping addresses. |
| read_customers | Customer names and contact details on the sheet, through the shared customer import. |
| read_products | Product names for stops and the packing summary. |
| read_locations | Granted with the fulfillment scopes; the app has no location-specific screen. |
| write_fulfillments | Mark orders out for delivery and delivered in Shopify, optionally notifying the customer. |
| read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders | Find the fulfillment order to update for a local delivery. |
| write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders | Create and update the delivery fulfillment on that order. |
The app needs Shopify’s protected customer data approval for name, email, phone and address. They are shown on sheets, in CSV exports and on the driver page.
Without Shopify’s approval for order and customer data the app cannot build sheets, because each stop needs a name, phone and address.

Home lists every open delivery order with stops and unit counts. Warnings flag orders with no shipping address, and “Dispatch readiness needs attention” lists orders missing a phone, date or slot. Select orders and print, or export CSV on Advanced.
From any order in Shopify admin, the “Delivery sheet” print action prints that order’s sheet.
Dispatched and completed runs are read-only. The link expires after the days you set, or when the run is cancelled.
On Pro, History lists completed runs with outcomes, the on-time rate and customers notified, with CSV export, plus a log of settings changes.
Add the “Delivery promise” app block to your product template in the theme editor to show a line such as “Choose a delivery date at checkout.” The text is what you type.
Prices are in US dollars per month, billed by Shopify. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can change or cancel the plan from the app at any time.
