Set up Invoice & Packing Slip
Happify Invoice & Packing Slip prints branded invoices, packing slips, delivery notes and address labels for one order or a batch, from the app, the order page or Shopify POS.

Install and permissions
Happify Invoice & Packing Slip is installed from Shopify and billed by Shopify. When you install it, Shopify asks you to approve these permissions. Each one is used only for the reason shown.

The app needs Shopify’s protected customer data approval for name, email, phone and address, which appear on documents.
First run
- Install the app and choose a plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial billed by Shopify.
- Open Settings and add your business name, address, tax number, tax label, email, phone, logo URL (https) and footer.
- Open Orders, select an order, choose a document and click “Print / save PDF”.
Without Shopify’s approval for order and customer data, no documents can be generated, because they are built from orders.

Orders and batch printing
- Filter by status, tag or search. Orders with nothing left to fulfil are left out of the Open filter.
- Choose Invoice, Packing slip, Delivery note or Shipping label, then “Print / save PDF” or Download PDF.
- Advanced: select several orders to print them together, or print a Picking list (also as PDF).
Templates (Advanced)
Edit each document’s HTML with {{placeholders}} from a safe template language, preview it and restore the default at any time.
Shopify POS (Advanced)
- Pair a receipt printer with Shopify POS 11.11 or later.
- Set the paper width (58 or 80 mm) in the app’s Settings.
- In POS, open an order and choose “Print invoice or packing slip”, or use it on the screen after checkout.
POS messages explain what is missing: a printer that is not connected, a staff account without access to the app, or a plan below Advanced.
History (Pro)
History lists every document printed with a Re-open action, and a log of settings changes.
Plans
Prices are in US dollars per month, billed by Shopify. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can change or cancel the plan from the app at any time.

Uninstall and your data
Uninstall from Settings › Apps and sales channels in Shopify admin. Uninstalling cancels the subscription and stops syncing straight away.
- Nothing is left in Shopify. Remove the app from POS tiles if you pinned it.
Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data 48 hours after uninstall, and we delete it then. The privacy page for this app lists exactly what is stored and what is deleted.
