Upgrading from the original app
What Happify Zones did: Local delivery pricing by zone: define delivery areas and charge each one its own rate.
We rebuilt Happify Zones on the same Shopify app, so your install carries over. This page explains what changes for your store.
The new version adds rate rules by weight, value and tag, cut-offs, time slots, surcharges, a rate tester, a coverage board, zones scoped to one location, and a restorable change history — with zone rates at checkout through a carrier service.

The rebuilt app keeps the same Shopify client ID as Happify Zones. Shopify treats it as the same app, so you do not uninstall or reinstall it.
Delivery Rates by Zip asks Shopify for these permissions:
read_productsread_locationsread_markets — added during the rebuildwrite_shippingwrite_delivery_customizationsShopify asks you to approve any permission that your store has not granted to this app before. Stores that installed before read_markets was added are asked to approve it.

Happify Zones sold one plan: $4.99 a month with a 14-day free trial.
If you pay for Happify Zones today, Shopify keeps your charge at the price you agreed to. The app maps your plan to one of the plans below. We will confirm this for your store before you upgrade. Ask us on the support page.

Delivery Rates by Zip reads your store data from Shopify through the permissions above.
Settings you saved in Happify Zones may not carry over to the rebuilt app. We will confirm this for your store before you upgrade. Ask us on the support page.
