What’s new in Ledger

Search scope, stock levels, variant order grid and announcement bar

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The header search can scope results by product type, and shows menu links and up to 4 products before the customer types.
• Stock levels on cards and the product page: In stock, Low stock (N) or Out of stock, with thresholds you set.
• A variant order grid section: every variant as a row with its SKU, price breaks and quantity, added to the cart in one request. A new bulk product template uses it.
• An announcement bar with rotating messages, a pause button and an optional trade account link.
• German, Spanish, French and Italian translations, including theme editor labels.

Checked with Shopify Theme Check. Not yet seen on a live store.

English copy pass

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The English storefront text uses clearer, active wording. 22 strings changed; no key or placeholder changed.

Menu drawer motion

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The menu drawer on phones and tablets opens and closes with the same motion as the mega menu. Reduced motion keeps the instant toggle.

Slideshow button label

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The slideshow pause button has an accessible name again: “Pause slideshow” or “Play slideshow”.

Home hero

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The search opener gains a supporting line and an optional “Fast movers” panel of four products from a collection. On phones the panel hides so the search stays first.
• The quick view fix also applies to the shared quick view in Atelier, Furvale, Hearth, Ritual and Specra.

Page widths and quick view

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• Collection page headings line up with the page grid.
• Quick view is a button on the product photo on every card.
• Fixed: quick view on recommended products could show an empty title and a broken link.

Mega menu

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• The desktop header menu is a mega menu: each parent opens a panel of columns with third-level links shown openly.
• The optional promotion sits inside the panel. On phones the columns stack in the drawer.

Dense wholesale marketplace home

Built after the latest packaged version. Not yet in a released version.

• A new Ledger preset home: a search-first opener, a trade-notice slideshow, a category index, the quick-order table, a tier price table and a dense fast-movers grid.
• The tier price table reads a product’s B2B quantity price breaks, or a typed schedule.
• Featured collection gains a dense layout, up to 6 columns and 24 products.
• Fixed: the not-found search field now fits 320px screens.

Version 1.0.0 · Launch version

• Four presets for wholesale and trade catalogs: Ledger, Stockroom, Casework and Partsline.
• Quick-order and trade-account page templates with product facts, quantity rules and volume-price presentation.
• Product pages support rich media, variant images, selling plans, pickup and accelerated checkout.
• Collection and search filtering, localization, three-level menus, newsletter and Follow on Shop.
