- Does the app change my orders?
- Only when you ask it to. It adds or removes the workflow tags you choose (needs-stock, ready-to-pick, on-hold or a tag from your rules) and, on Pro, creates a fulfillment when you click Fulfil on an order that is fully pickable. It never edits order contents.
- How is an order marked overdue?
- An open order becomes overdue after the number of hours you set in Settings, 48 by default. On Advanced you can give a tag its own deadline, and when an order has several, the shortest one wins.
- Which stock does the pick list use?
- Available stock from Shopify for each variant and location, compared with the units your open orders need. Variants below your threshold are flagged low, and anything at or below zero is flagged out or negative.
- Does it work with several locations?
- Yes, on every plan. The pick list shows each variant’s shortfall per location.
- How does barcode scanning work?
- On Pro, scan mode on the pick list accepts input from a USB or Bluetooth scanner that types the code. On phones and tablets whose browser supports barcode detection you can use the camera instead. It matches every barcode on a variant, then the SKU, and only checks items off on screen; nothing is written to Shopify.
- Do tag rules run on their own?
- No. You save rules in Settings and run them with “Run tag rules now” on the board. Rules only add tags; they never remove one.
- What is in the daily digest?
- Counts of open, overdue and stock-blocked orders and low-stock variants, sent to the address you set. It is sent at most once a day (or once a week if you choose weekly).
- What happens to my tags if I uninstall?
- Tags the app added stay on your orders in Shopify. Remove them from the Orders list if you no longer want them.
- How much does it cost?
- Basic $9.99, Advanced $14.99, Pro $29.99 per month, each with a 7-day free trial, billed by Shopify.
