What support covers

Questions about theme settings, sections and blocks
Bugs in the theme: broken layouts, dead links or features that do not work as documented
Help installing and updating the theme

What it doesn't cover

Changes to theme code, or problems caused by edited code
Problems caused by third-party apps or their code
Custom design or new features. For these we recommend hiring a Shopify Partner.

Editing theme code? Duplicate the theme first (Online Store > Themes > Actions > Duplicate) and make changes on the copy.
