Reorder statuses and the opportunity in your customers
Know which customers are ready to reorder, and when
Predict who is ready to buy again, what they will reorder, and the right time to reach out.
Everything below is in the app today. Plan labels show where a feature starts.
The first import reads your orders, customers and products. With Shopify’s approval for older orders it uses your full history, otherwise the last 60 days.
For each product the app learns how long customers take to buy again, once it has at least five repeat gaps to go on, and classifies the product.
Every customer and product pair is marked approaching, ready, high intent, overdue or lapsed, with the expected reorder date.
Tag customers in Shopify or send a ready audience to your own Klaviyo list. Only customers subscribed to email marketing are included.
A store we run with fictional products and orders, with Happify Reorder Predictions installed. Open it from the top of this page; the password is happify.
Every plan starts with a 21-day free trial. Prices are in US dollars per month and billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice.

From your own orders. For each product it measures the gaps between repeat purchases. Once there are at least five, it sets a reorder window and places each customer in it by days since their last purchase. Every number is calculated, not guessed.
Reorder windows need real order history to say anything useful. A longer trial lets the first import finish and the predictions settle on your own data.
No. Tagging customers in Shopify works on every plan without Klaviyo. If you use Klaviyo, paste a private API key and list ID in Settings and send audiences from the Customers page.
Only customers whose Shopify email marketing consent is subscribed, read live from Shopify when you activate. Customers who never opted in or who unsubscribed are left out of Klaviyo audiences and tags, and the app tells you how many.
No. It never emails or texts your customers. It hands audiences to Klaviyo or tags customers so your existing flows can act on them.
On Pro, Explain sends only product and timing facts already on screen to our AI model provider, Anthropic (Claude API): product title, status, days since last purchase, the reorder window and how many past purchases it is based on. No customer name, email or other identifier is sent.
Yes, on any plan. Ask Sidekick in Shopify admin which products are due for reorder or how many customers are ready. Answers are read-only and product-level, with no customer names or contact details.
Shopify shares orders older than 60 days only after it approves the read_all_orders permission for the app. Until then a banner explains that only recent orders are included.
Reviews appear here once merchants review the rebuilt app on the Shopify App Store. There are none to show yet.
