What’s new in Reorder Predictions

   Version 0.2.0 · Shopify API 2026-10 update

   Built and in testing. Not yet released to merchants.

   New

   • Klaviyo audiences and Shopify customer tags now include only customers subscribed to email marketing in Shopify, read live when you activate an audience.
   • Ask Sidekick in Shopify admin which products are due for reorder or how many customers are ready to reorder. Answers are read-only and product-level, with no customer names or contact details.
   • Receives inventory and product changes through Shopify Next Gen Events (API 2026-10) alongside the existing webhooks, so stock and catalog data stay current with fewer full re-syncs.
   • Moved to Shopify Admin API 2026-10, with webhooks registered on the new version.

   Fixes

   • History lists now page past the first 50 rows; the page buttons previously stayed on page 1.

   New

   • First release on the shared Happify platform: Shopify GraphQL Admin API only, session-token sign-in, encrypted access tokens and GDPR webhooks.
   • Reorder window for each product, learned from your own orders.
   • Customers ranked approaching, ready, overdue or lapsed.
   • Products classified as replenishable, repeatable, seasonal or one-off, with overrides.
   • Send audiences to Klaviyo or tag customers in Shopify.
   • CSV export on Advanced; Explain and settings history on Pro.
