Happify Reorder Predictions learns how often each product is reordered from your own orders and tells you which customers are ready to buy again, and when.
Version 0.1.0 · Updated 2026-09-24
Happify Reorder Predictions is installed from Shopify and billed by Shopify. When you install it, Shopify asks you to approve these permissions. Each one is used only for the reason shown.
| Permission | Why the app needs it |
|---|---|
| read_orders | Order history for reorder intervals. |
| read_all_orders | Orders older than 60 days; intervals need longer history. |
| read_customers | Customer names and emails, and their live email marketing consent at activation. |
| write_customers | Customer tags only (status tags and VIP). |
| read_products | Products and variants to classify. |
| read_inventory | Stock levels on products in the shared catalog. |
| read_locations | Locations for inventory in the shared catalog. |
The app keeps customer name and email, and needs Shopify’s protected customer data approval for them. It does not ask Shopify for phone numbers or addresses and does not store them; if another Happify app on your store needs them (Local Delivery Sheet, Invoice & Packing Slip), they are kept for that app and not shown here. SMS and WhatsApp consent is not used today.
If you see “Only the last 60 days of orders are included”, Shopify has not yet approved access to older orders. Predictions improve once it does.
The reorder window runs from the 25th to the 75th percentile of the product’s repeat gaps, or the customer’s own median gap when they have enough history. Each customer is placed by days since their last purchase of that product.
| Status | Days since last purchase |
|---|---|
| Too early | Well before the window |
| Approaching | Just before the window opens |
| Ready | Inside the window |
| High intent | Just after the window closes |
| Overdue | Further past the window |
| Lapsed | Far past the window; likely lost for this product |
A product’s window needs at least five repeat gaps across your customers before the app trusts it.
Each product is replenishable, repeatable, seasonal or one-off, with a “Why” column. Your override is saved and used from then on.
Every activation includes only customers subscribed to email marketing in Shopify. The confirmation tells you how many were left out.
Ask Sidekick in Shopify admin, for example “Which products are due for reorder?” or “How many customers are ready to reorder?”. The app answers from the same analysis, read-only and product-level.
Add the “RepeatIQ replenishment” app block to a product or account page to show a heading, message and link, such as “Ready for your next order?”. The text is what you type; the block shows the same message to every shopper.
Prices are in US dollars per month, billed by Shopify. Every plan starts with a 21-day free trial, and you can change or cancel the plan from the app at any time.
